The rates at BeHealthy Counseling vary with each of our counselors. Currently, our provider’s contract with
Aetna • Cigna • First Choice Health • Pacific Source • Providence • Oregon Health Plan • Optum • United Healthcare
Cash & Direct Payment
Health records are more private and are not sent to the health insurance company. If you choose a direct pay option, your out-of-pocket costs do not apply to your out-of-pocket maximums with your health insurance company.
You can see the provider of your choice without concern for “network status.”
Insurance
If you would like to know your out-of-pocket cost for sessions, please fill out the request for counseling form or contact your insurance company.

We do all the required billing for your insurance company and wait for their reimbursement. You pay the copay or deductible at the time of the session.
